Customer Service Overwhelmed

The customer servcie representative I dealt with appeared to be overwhelmed with the amount of work he was trying to accomplish.

Consequently, he was unable to return calls timely or provide adequate follow-up and status reports. This was not his fault. I could tell he was working as best and as fast as he could but there was too much work on his plate.

AAA Auto Transport needs to get more staff to handle customer inquiries and to provide updates on transport status. My transport committments were canceled at least twice due to transporter unavailability but this was not communicated to me and the delivery did not take place until two weeks after payment was made.

Again, AAA Auto Transport would do well to beef up its customer service staff to deliver better customer service. However, in light of these observations I would do business with AAA Auto Transport again and would recommend their service to any potential customers with caveats premised on my own personal experience.
